Tichem Launches Food-Grade Daily Chemical Product Dedicated Warehouses And Vehicles

In response to the growing concern of downstream customers about the safety of raw materials for food additives and the higher quality and risk management requirements during storage and transportation, Tichem has carried out a comprehensive renovation of the warehouses and vehicles involved in food-grade daily chemical products. The company has also conducted multiple rounds of training for the staff and upgraded the management system. The new warehouses and dedicated vehicles were fully put into use in November. Tichem will continue to strive to fully protect the interests of customers and the health and safety of consumers.

To completely eliminate the risk of cross-contamination between food-grade daily chemical raw materials and other chemicals, the warehouse has been set up as a separate dedicated area for the exclusive storage of food-grade daily chemical products. A strict system for product admission, personnel admission, regular cleaning, and disinfection has been established. The current main products stored in Tichem's food-grade daily chemical dedicated warehouse are the PG USP/EP propylene glycol series produced by Dow's Thailand plant and other daily chemical raw materials.

The launch of Tichem's food-grade daily chemical dedicated vehicles is specifically for the delivery of food-grade daily chemical raw materials. During the dedicated vehicle delivery, other chemicals are strictly prohibited from being transported in the same vehicle. The vehicles are equipped with professional cleaning equipment and tools to ensure that the interior of the vehicle and the product packaging are free from external contamination.

A comprehensive management system has been established for the food-grade daily chemical dedicated warehouses and vehicles, covering product entry and exit, storage, palletizing and wrapping, and rechecking before dispatch.
